If you’re not completed satisfied with any Swonder Brand item from the official website, you can ask for a refund or exchange within 45 days after you received the item. Please ensure the item is unused in a new condition with the full package. All refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days once the item is received. Please note that you need to cover the return shipping fee, and the original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.

Return Defective Items

If you received a defective item, you can send the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free exchange or refund. Please contact us in time with photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the item.

Return Wrong Items

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service with photos or videos of the different product. If you'd like to keep it, we will offer a discount for keeping it. If you don’t want to keep it, we will exchange, or refund for the item.

When will I get my refund?

We will process the refund to your original form of payment within two business days we receive the return item or when we agree to refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days.

When will I get a replacement?

We will process your replacement within two business days after we agree to replace. The tracking number will be sent to you after the shipment.
